Manship Films is owned and operated by Joe Davenport out of Tallahassee, Florida. Joe got his Masters in Media and Communication Studies from Florida State University, and his first documentary was on the Civil Rights Movement in Mississippi. He has since gone on to work for the United States Senate and to assist in the production of films for PBS.

Manship is interested in telling stories – simple stories about people and communities. But documentary film is not the most immediately lucrative business, so Manship is available for hire!
